To provide the best service possible to all my guests I ask for your understanding with my cancellation policy. I understand unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel an appointment, so please take a moment to review my cancellation policy:

Please notify me of any cancellations or reschedules at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment via phone call to 262-505-0042. This gives me the opportunity to reach out to other guests who may be on a waitlist. 

   

I appreciate your understanding that no-shows or cancellations made under 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee up to $100.  

   

If you have already prepaid for the service and gave more than 24 hours' notice I will place a credit onto your account for a future use. If you prefer your credit card to be refunded, I can send the full amount minus the credit card processing fee.

Arriving late to your appointment will shorten your service time to ensure the next appointment isn't affected.
